Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
What happens after I subscribe to the Design Subscription?
You will get a personalized welcome email and a link to your Trello board. Now you are ready to put as many design requests as you want on the “Task” list. The results are delivered in 1-5 days for each task without code.
How do I request designs?
DesignJT offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Is there any design work you don't cover?
Absolutely. Designjoy does not cover the following design work: video editing, 3D modeling, Complex animated graphics, Complex illustration (Comics, cartoons, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
How does one design task work at a time?
Once you have listed your tasks, you can move your preferred task to the “Active Task” section. I design your task and move it to the “Done” section once it's finished. You can provide feedback for revision or approve by moving it to the “Approved Section” and request a new task.
What payment methods do you offer?

Can I ask for a refund?
We do not offer a refund on any paid subscription plans. However, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. After cancellation, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle.
How can I cancel my design subscription?
Monthly subscription auto-renewed after 30 days period. To cancel an ongoing subscription, please contact at
designjt23@gmail.comPlease note that the subscription plan will end when the current subscription has ended.
What is the turnaround time for my design tasks?
Most projects are completed within 3-5 days. On average, simple tasks take 1-2 days to be completed, complex tasks take around 4-5 days.
How many design tasks can I queue?
Unlimited design tasks! You’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you like, and they will be delivered one by one.
What details do you require for each task ?
The more precise and detailed the brief or task description is, the better the result will be.
Are we signing any contract?
No contracts. Just a monthly subscription 🙂
What programs/tools do you use?
Most requests are designed using Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop. Adobe stock for images/photos. Slack for communication. Trello for tasks.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
